Invoice Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in writing and approved by management. Payable in US Funds.
We accept the following methods of payment: Check made payable to Control Systems, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Credit
As stated above our Terms are Net 30 days. If at anytime a customer's account goes over the stated terms, Control Systems, Inc may asses a finance charge to the account or place the account on credit hold until it is brought current.
Taxes
Prices do not include taxes. The buyer shall pay to Control Systems, Inc, in addition to purchase price, the amount of taxes which we are required to pay in connection with furnishing goods or services to the buyer.
All customer's who are Tax Exempt or Resale must submit the required form to Control Systems, Inc at the beginning of each calendar year or when opening a new account.
